This chocolate tasting and truffle making class is for two people. 
 
In this workshop you will get to taste some great single origin craft chocolate and learnn about how chocolate is made.
 
After the tasting you will then learn how to make your very own chocolate treats.

How to flavour your ganache
Piping 
How to temper
Rolling 
You will take home a beautifully packaged box of your very own chocolates. A minimum of 24 chocolates per person.
